Chef Pradit Namo · Head Chef, “Chef Ple”

Every dinner on board is shaped in the galley by our head chef, Pradit Namo, “Chef Ple” to the guests who have dined with him. Across more than five decades he has cooked through some of Thailand's most respected kitchens, from the Dusit Polo Club Resort to Patong Beach Hotel and the Greenery Resort in Khao Yai.

His cooking layers international technique over the finest Thai produce, an approach he calls Culinary Alchemy. Whether it is a premium Thai tasting course or a classic European favourite, every plate is built for one thing: to turn an evening on the river into a memory.
